We get a version of this question a lot: "okay, I filled out the form—now what?" Here's the honest walkthrough, start to finish.
1. You tell us where you are
You fill out the sign-up form with your address and a bit about your setup, or you just call us directly at 661-242-5500. Either way, we're now looking at your specific location, not a generic service area.
2. We run a quick survey
We check line-of-sight, distance to the nearest access point, and terrain—usually remotely, using your address. This tells us not just if we can serve you, but what speeds are realistic for where you actually live.
3. You get a custom quote
We follow up by email with a quote built around your location and needs, not a one-size-fits-all price sheet. If a Jeffrey or Piñon plan fits, we'll say so; if your spot needs something different, we'll tell you that too.
4. We schedule the install
Once you approve the quote, we find a time that works and send one of our own installers—not a subcontractor who's never been up the mountain. They mount and align the equipment, confirm signal strength on-site, and won't leave until it's actually working, not just installed.
5. You're online
That's it. No modem to activate over the phone, no waiting days for "provisioning." If something's off in the first few days, call us—we can usually diagnose issues remotely within minutes, since we already know your setup.
If you're still deciding, the fastest way to get a real answer is still the same one: tell us where you are and we'll tell you what's possible.
