Billing & Cancellation Terms

This page covers installation, prepayment, and cancellation for Frazier Mountain Internet ("FMIS") service plans. It doesn't cover the store—see each product page for its own pricing and installation details.

Installation

Installation is $125. When you prepay semi-annually or annually for any service plan, that fee is included—you don't pay it separately. Paying month-to-month, it's billed on its own.

No Contracts

There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime.

Cancelling During Your First Prepaid Term

If you cancel during your first prepaid term, the $125 installation fee is deducted from your refund for the unused portion of that term.
