Who we are

Hello, neighbors! My name is Marc Ongaro, and I'm honored to introduce myself as the new owner and General Manager of Frazier Mountain Internet Services (FMIS). I've proudly called Pine Mountain Club my home since 2020, and I'm deeply committed to providing our community with internet services that are reliable, responsive, and locally supported.

Joining me is my assistant, Jerry, whose dedication and expertise ensure that your customer experience remains exceptional. My partners include Marc Lelah, a seasoned entrepreneur with deep connections to PMC, and Peter Chanthamynavong, who brings over 20 years of technology expertise to FMIS. Together, our team is invested in enhancing your internet experience with higher bandwidth options, flexible pricing plans, and a user-friendly customer portal—all backed by the personalized care our community deserves.

We're especially grateful to Scott and Barbara Rosen, who have diligently served Pine Mountain Club through FMIS for nearly three decades. They have continued to support us during this transition to ensure it was seamless for all our valued customers.
